Sausage Making Skills course

A fun course where much laughter and hilarity is had!

Learn how to make Italian Wild Boar and Pork Sausage, 95% Meat, using local and super quality meat. Experiment with spices and flavours to create a bespoke sausage.

Then cook the sausages on our camp fire and enjoy with a traditional Lentil salad and home made bread.

Glass of wine included in the course.



NB Additional courses can also be requested and organised on any Tuesday or Saturday to suit your needs.  A minimum of 4 people per course
 is  required for this.
