Fresh Pasta A- Z skills

Pasta: probably one of the World's favourite food. This versatile and extremely diverse Italian tradition can be traced back (so some believe) to the Etruscan era.

On this course you will learn:

Basic fresh pasta, long, short, shaped, different colours, flours and flavours. You will also learn how to make the classic Ragu'  Napoletano.

You will learn the principals of cooking fresh pasta and enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass of wine.  

You will experiment with Stuffed Pasta for example, Ravioli,  and learn a simple sauce to serve; Sage and butter,

PLEASE bring with you two large trays to take your pasta home on

NB Additional courses can also be requested and organised  to suit your needs.  A minimum of 4 people per course is required.
