Gnocchi and Crespelle

Lesser known Italian foods are Gnocchi which come in all shapes and sizes and are based on potato dough.

 Then there are Crespelle or Italian pancakes which are baked in the oven.

This course will explore different ways of making, shaping and cooking Gnocchi and give ideas of how they can be served.

Widen your Italian repertoire especially if you have children as I am yet to meet a child who doesn't love home made Gnocchi! You can taste them yourselves over a light lunch and a glass of wine once you have worked up an appetite on this course.

PLEASE bring with you 3 large plastic boxes to take your food home with you

 NB Additional courses can also be requested and organised to suit your needs.  A minimum of 4 people per course is required.
