Seafood Odyssey

Surrounded by sea, Italy is renowned for its delicious seafood cuisine.

On this course, you will have a chance to learn and explore a variety of seafood delicacies from Calamari, Cozze, fishy pasta sauces and more.

You will be taught how to clean, prepare and cook fish and seafood.

PLEASE  bring with you a 15inch oven dish (quite deep)
