Italy is the best place in the world to be a vegetable lover! They eat a huge variety of different vegetables and prepare them in an infinite manner of ways. This course will show you a number of ways of cooking, preparing and eating vegetables. They can be baked, pan fried, preserved under oil, BBQ-ed, battered and bread crumbed and more. You will also be shown how to cook and prepare some vegetables that are not used so often in the UK for example, Fennel, Artichokes, Rape Seed Leaves and Endive. PLEASE bring with you 3 plastic boxes to take your food home with you NB Additional courses can also be requested and organised on any Tuesday or Saturday to suit your needs. A minimum of 4 people per course is required. |
